Fishing on the Lower Columbia River

Columbia River fishing is world-class and is enjoyed by fishermen from around the world. Anglers enjoy fishing for Chinook Salmon (spring and fall), Coho salmon (summer), and sturgeon.

Wahkiakum County is in the center of the famous Northwest Fishery Regions between buoy 10 and Astoria, Oregon. Puget Island and Cathlamet, WA are between Buoy 10 (downstream) and Wauna Poerlines at River Mile 30 (upstream). We are also near several river access/launch point between Cathlamet and I-5 bridge near Longview Kelso, WA.
